La mostra Charity Box è organizzata in sostegno delle vittime del terremoto e dello tsunami dell’11 marzo. I fondi raccolti dalle donazioni saranno destinati alle prefetture di Miyagi e di Fukushima. The Charity Box exhibition is organized to support the victims of the 11March earthquake and tsunami. The funds raised from the donations will go to the prefectures of Miyagi and Fukushima. Presentation and event with auction of the objects exhibited on April 15, 2011, Space Corso Como 9 in Milan.

A spherical box is built with a white thin aluminium sheet and it’s dedicated to the japanese art and culture. Messages can slip inside the box through the slots that are formed during processing. A coloured led light filters from the inside, in memory of the victims and as a symbol of hope.
È una scatola sferica costruita con un sottile foglio di alluminio bianco piegato ed è dedicata all’arte e alla cultura giapponese. I messaggi possono scivolare all’interno attraverso le fessure che si formano durante la lavorazione. Una luce Led colorata filtra dall’interno a ricordo delle vittime e come simbolo di speranza.
Scatola esterna gentilmente fornita dall’azienda Bysteel srl e interno in plexiglass e led assemblato nel laboratorio di Erminio Rizzotti (Milano).
