Sono affezionata all’aspetto materico degli oggetti, alla loro fisicità. Ho disegnato un orologio come un gioiello, pensando alla sua struttura, dinamica e continua; la maglia a farfalla si snoda in diagonale su tutto il bracciale e prosegue nella forma asimmetrica della cassa. A mezzanotte e mezza le sue lancette svelano una piccola figura danzante dalle braccia flessuose.

I’m curious about the physical properties of objects because materials are the direct expression of their presence in the world. I designed a watch as if it were a jewel and I tried to recreate its uninterrupted and dynamic structure. The oblique butterfly knitting pattern is the distinguishing feature of the watchstrap and it continues all over the asymmetric watch case. At half past midnight its hands show a supple graceful dancing character.
