“Il Comune di Milano è promotore di una grande mostra tematica, dedicata all’influenza che il corpo umano ha esercitato nella creatività, con una particolare attenzione al design, curata dal Professor Beppe Finessi, in programma presso i prestigiosi spazi delle sale Viscontee del Castello Sforzesco di Milano.
Una mostra tra arte e design, un progetto espositivo tra architettura e arti applicate, moda e scienza; una selezione di opere che a partire dal corpo parlano di antropologia, comunicazione, costume, società tecnologia, estetica e necessità del nostro tempo. Al centro, una ricerca che indaga le infinite modalità di relazione tra il sé e il resto del mondo; lo spettatore verrà accompagnato in un viaggio conoscitivo di forte impatto – talvolta anche tecno sensoriale – intorno al grande tema del corpo, andando al di là dei confini del mondo dell’arte, del design, dell’architettura, della tecnologia, della moda e della scienza, mescolandoli e provocandoli.”
The Municipality of Milan is the promoter of a major thematic exhibition, dedicated to the influence that the human body has exerted on creativity, with particular attention to design, curated by Professor Beppe Finessi, scheduled in the prestigious spaces of the Viscontee rooms of the Castello Sforzesco in Milan.
An exhibition between art and design, an exhibition project between architecture and applied arts, fashion and science; a selection of works that, starting from the body, speak of anthropology, communication, customs, society, technology, aesthetics and the needs of our time. At the center, a research that investigates the infinite ways of relating between the self and the rest of the world; the viewer will be accompanied on a cognitive journey with a strong impact – sometimes even techno-sensory – around the great theme of the body, going beyond the confines of the world of art, design, architecture, technology, fashion and science, mixing and provoking them.
